Unique Custom Fine Jewelry Pieces

The bulk of our fine jewelry activity is in manufacturing product lines for internationally known brands to be replicated in series and sold under the brand of the company that we are contracted by. We do however also accept for manufacture unique fine jewelry pieces in 18 or 22 Karat Gold and Platinum. Because we are in nature a production company, our customers will save quite a bit of money over purchasing the items retail and will also be directly involved in the design process. Further we are able to provide or source unique gemstones to fit nearly any project at very competitive prices, including very rare and investment grade stones. When it comes to unique fine jewelry pieces, as there is no master and mold, there is no prototyping fee. Customers will receive a quotation listing materials used in the jewelry piece, followed by a single labor fee covering the creation of the piece of jewelry, setting of gemstones, and jewelry finishing. Where designing is required, designing is charged separately and can be done by hand, or via 3D computer modeling. We have 3D photorealistic rendering services available for customers who would like to see 3D CAD models of the their fine jewelry before beginning manufacture.

Unique Fine Custom Jewelry Procedures:

Typically orders for unique fine jewelry in gold and platinum will be treated similarly to orders for a gold prototype pieces in creating a jewelry line, but with the absence of prototyping fees, as unique fine jewelry pieces will not have masters and molds. Procedures for unique fine jewelry creations are as follows:

1. First we will agree on a design for your unique piece, which may either begin with the customer submitting a design showing multiple views and recorded with dimensions or with a simple sketch or description in which case we will start with design development and produce a design either by hand or 3D Computer Modeling until a final design is agreed upon. If design development is required a quotation will be provided for it based on the project description, the design can be made around a particular budget for the jewelry item, or around a unique center gemstone either provided by the customer, or sourced by ourselves.
2. Once a design has been finalized, a quotation will be issued for the final project based around estimated material weights abstracted from the design. Depending on the overall estimated value of the piece an invoice for either the full amount or a deposit will be issued utilizing the metal weight estimates from the quote.
3. On completion of the piece, the invoice will be adjusted to reflect the actual metal usage. If there is a discrepancy between the initial estimated metal weight, and the final metal weight we will either refund or collect (depending if we are over or under the amount of metal quoted) the remaining amount once you have received the piece. Metals will be billed/credited at the unit prices provided on the invoice (at a per gram rate).

In some cases where extraordinary gemstones are involved we will issue an invoice separately for the gemstones apart from the jewelry. We are able to source remarkable and unique gemstones for one off jewelry pieces through our network of partners in mining areas and are able to provide certificates from reputable independent laboratories for gemstones on request. Customers may choose from GIA, AIGS, GRS, GHI, and any other lab with a presence in the Bangkok area.
